If I remember correctly the wotlk beta achievements

If I remember correctly the wotlk beta achievements that were in some of the earliest example included a [Earn to L10 without Dying achievement]. I believe it was removed for the reasons stated above, it couldnt be rewarded retro-actively from datamining and would be not be rewarded to existing toons.

Also probably cause it could instigate griefers who just hunt L10 toons and kill them.
